## 1. notices

If you believe something served at an appmothership.com address infringes your copyright, send a notice to slmg@straylightmusicgroup.com with: your contact details; the work you believe is infringed; the address of the material; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature.

## 2. what happens next

We remove or disable the material promptly and tell the account holder, who may send a counter-notice. Accounts that repeatedly infringe are closed.

## 3. counter-notices

A counter-notice must identify the material and where it appeared, state under penalty of perjury a good-faith belief that it was removed by mistake, consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court, and carry your contact details and signature.
