# privacy policy

## 1. what we collect

When you send the request-access form we receive the name, email address, description and link you type, together with the time and your IP address. We use no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels and no third-party fonts on this site.

## 2. why

We use what you send to read your request and reply to it by email. The IP address is kept only to rate-limit the form and stop abuse.

## 3. where it goes

Requests are stored on our hosting account and delivered to our own inbox (slmg@straylightmusicgroup.com). We do not sell or rent personal information, and we share it only with the providers that host and deliver it for us.

## 4. how long

Rate-limit records are kept for no more than a day. Requests are kept while we consider them and for up to a year afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

## 5. your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by writing to slmg@straylightmusicgroup.com. We answer within thirty days.

## 6. analytics

If we measure traffic, we do it without cookies and without identifying you, and this page will name the tool first.
