# refund and cancellation

## 1. today

Nothing is for sale and no card is taken, so there is nothing to refund. Free accounts can be closed at any time by email.

## 2. when billing opens

Plans will be flat and monthly. You will be able to cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month and no further charge is made. This page will state the refund terms in full before the first charge.
