1who we are
appmothership.com ("App Mothership") is operated by Straylight Music Group ("we", "us"). These terms govern your use of the site and of any account we open for you. Questions go to slmg@straylightmusicgroup.com.
2accounts
There is no self-serve sign-up. Accounts are opened by hand after a request, and we may decline a request without giving a reason. You are responsible for what is published under your account and for keeping any credentials we give you private.
3what we host
An account may hold a page built from our block palette, a static bundle we have approved for your account, or a launch card that points to an app hosted elsewhere, at an address of the form your-slug.appmothership.com. We serve your content as static files; no code you supply runs on the main site.
4your content
You keep every right you have in what you publish. You grant us the licence we need to store, copy and serve it at your address, and to show a still of it on this site only with your permission. You confirm you have the rights to everything you publish, and that it follows the acceptable use policy.
5plans and billing
The plans shown on this site are illustrative until approved. Nothing is for sale today and no card is taken. When billing opens it will be handled by Straylight Music Group under terms published before any charge is made.
6availability
We run the service on our own equipment and on shared hosting, and we promise no particular uptime. We may change, suspend or end any part of the service. If we close an account we will, where we can, give notice by email and a chance to take your content with you.
7termination
You may close your account at any time by email. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the acceptable use policy, or that puts the service or other people at risk.
8no warranty, limited liability
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose (today, nothing).
9changes
We may update these terms. The version and date at the top of this page change when we do, and material changes are sent by email to account holders before they take effect.
